Marissa Siconolfi begins her eighth season as a member of the coaching staff following a very successful playing career that concluded in 2018. She was promoted to Associate Head Coach on February 13, 2025.
During her tenure on staff, the Red Hawks have posted three seasons with double-digit win totals, including a 13-win mark in 2023.
A standout defender, Siconolfi, who helped MSU to three consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament berths, appeared in 55 games and was a two-time First-Team All-NJAC in addition to being named All-Region by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association in 2017 and 2018.
