Katelyn Monaghan enters her second season as an Assistant Coach with the Red Hawks after a four-year playing career that ran from 2018-2021.

She was part of the coaching staff that matched the program's single season record in wins with 26 in 2025.

Monaghan as a player was named NJAC Co-Defensive Player of the Year and Second Team All-NJAC in 2021, totaling 279 sets across 86 matches with 775 career digs.
