Jenn Hanks is entering her second season as an Assistant Coach with Montclair after serving as the Head Coach of Dickinson for three seasons.
In Hanks’ second season in 2023, she led the Red Devils to a Centennial Conference tournament berth, with a conference record of 6-4. In that same season, Hanks saw her team take down #23 ranked team in the nation Bryn Mawr during the regular season. Prior to her time at Dickinson, she spent three seasons as the top assistant at Stevens. During her time with the Ducks, she helped them to post a 26-13 overall record which included two trips to the MAC Freedom playoffs as well as an NCAA Tournament appearance last year after knocking off Misericordia 2-0 in the conference final.Â

Hanks also served as the assistant coach with Franklin & Marshall from 2016 through the 2018 season. While in Lancaster she helped the Diplomats capture one conference crown and three trips to the NCAA Tournament, in addition to coaching five NFHCA All-Americans and eight NFHCA All-Region honorees.
